Dr. Ian Aires

Dr. Ian Aires has been practicing dentistry for more than 35 years in San Diego, with a focus on the restoration of full arches with implants and crowns during the last 10 years. His clinical and innovative approach coupled with his education proves him to be a competent, thoughtful, well-prepared expert while having an excellent track record defending both dentists and patients as well as an accomplished mentor, innovator, and teacher.  

As the founder and past president of the San Diego Prosthodontics Society and serving several years on the Peer Review committee, Dr. Aires exudes his expertise in the matters at hand. He is known for his invaluable insight, confidence, and experience, leading to outstanding successes.

Most recently, Dr. Aires has been published on implants in the International Journal of Oral & Maxillofacial Implants (JOMI). The article addresses the 'all-on-four' concept and immediate loading of full arch reconstructions.

Currently, Dr. Aires also teaches and lectures to dentists on innovative implant techniques. One of his unique services is helping dentists online with diagnosis and treatment planning of complex implant and restorative cases.

Dr Aires also visits dentists in their offices in San Diego mentoring and coaching them on their complex implant cases.
