The All-On-4 dental Implant Treatment protocol enables patients to receive a full arch of permanent teeth supported by only 4 implants.Some dentists use 5 or even 6 implants to insure long term stability of the supported teeth.
The All-on - 4 protocol treatment was designed to accelerate the implant process.This allows a set of provisional teeth to be attached to the implants in one day.The teeth feel permanent after the 1st day. However healing of the implants does take at least 6-8 weeks so patients should not eat crunchy or chewy foods until the permanent set of teeth are attached.
